Twenty'16

 Shifen, Taiwan

Back with a somewhat-mandatory new year's post, almost two months late. Despite January 1st and other days in 2016 being the same, people still label new year's day as THE day to come up with new year resolutions. I'm not sure why or how that became a tradition but I view it as people are truly making great use of their time- by setting their resolutions on January 1st, they have the other 365 days (leap year this year) to fulfill them.

The fact that I am this late- I've been contemplating if new year resolutions were even necessary, given that I barely achieve what I set for myself each year. I decided that this year, I will just stick with mini resolutions #project2016 instead. I have yet to complete any of the tasks because most of them require commitment over a period.

Twenty fifteen, a year of maturity. People usually describe it as a "roller-coaster ride". I call it a "skydive" as the year spiralled downwards & out of control. No, twenty fifteen wasn't bad, it was unexpected

Twenty sixteen, I have a number of goals that I wish to achieve. Keeping my fingers crossed that I will not jinx myself with all sorts of nonsense. To a better twenty sixteen :>
